Session Cancellations

If you need to cancel a scheduled session, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with more than 48 hours notice will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable. You may reschedule once without charge if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

No-Shows

If you do not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Newsletter & Digital Content

Subscriptions to the newsletter are free. Paid digital products are non-refundable once delivered, unless there is a technical issue on our end that prevents access.

Exceptional Circumstances
