You've been carrying something you can't quite name yet.
Not a problem, exactly. More like a frequency. A low hum beneath your decisions, your relationships, the 3am thoughts you don't share with anyone. You've journaled. Moved. Changed jobs, changed partners, changed the story you tell about yourself. And still – that hum.
What if it was a map?
Hi, I'm Jennifer.
There's a moment – maybe you've had it – where something outside of you mirrors, with eerie precision, something breaking open inside of you. The kind of moment that makes you put down your coffee and go quiet.
That moment happened to me during one of the hardest seasons of my life. Everything I'd built – identity, relationship, sense of direction – came apart within the same six-month window. I was studying psychology and chronobiology at Smith College, tracking my own clinical patterns, journaling obsessively into the wreckage. And somewhere in that debris, I noticed something unsettling: the planetary transits were mapping my internal weather with an accuracy I couldn't explain.

Not metaphorically. With timestamps.
That's the moment I stopped treating astrology as spiritual decoration and started treating it as data. There's a particular kind of disorientation that comes from being a trained skeptic who encounters something that works anyway. I sat with it for a long time. Then I completed my certification with the International Society for Astrological Research, layered in everything I knew about depth psychology and chronobiology, and started testing the intersection – on real people, with real patterns, in real lives.
What I found: when you give someone a precise language for their own cycles, they stop fighting themselves. The hum gets a name. And named things can move.
The Framework
I call it Cosmic Psychology.
A fusion of astrology, clinical psychology, and chronobiology – the science of biological timing, of how your body pulses in rhythms older than language. Three disciplines that each map the same territory from a different angle: the recurring shapes of a human life, and what it takes to move through them.
When I talk about a Saturn transit, I'm also talking about the neuroscience of constraint – what your psyche does when it hits a structural limit and how long real restructuring actually takes. When I talk about your Chiron placement, I'm talking about the wound architecture that shows up in your attachment patterns, your nervous system responses, the moments where you go small without knowing why.
Cosmic Psychology reads those patterns with the eye of a clinician and the language of the cosmos. The insight lands. Then it moves somewhere.
Your birth chart is your psychology, not your destiny.
What This Looks Like in Practice
Most astrology gives you a forecast. A lever is different.
A lever works with what's already in motion – your actual biology, your real psychological patterns, the timing your nervous system has been waiting for. Every session is built to end with something concrete: a decision clarified, a loop interrupted, a direction that makes sense in your body and not just in your head.
My clients don't describe their sessions as eye-opening. They describe them as the thing that changed the trajectory.

The Credentials (since you asked)
Certification in astrology from the International Society for Astrological Research. Background in clinical psychology and chronobiology from Smith College. A decade of practice across hundreds of sessions with clients navigating the transitions that don't fit neatly into any single discipline – career pivots, relationship patterns, identity collapses, the slow work of becoming.
What I trust more than any of that: the moment in a session when something clicks, and you feel it land somewhere below your ribcage. That's the shift I'm here for.
Why This, Why Now
I built Psyche & Sky because I needed it and couldn't find it – somewhere rigorous enough for a trained skeptic, and honest enough to admit that the sky knows something your résumé doesn't.
This platform is years of refining that practice into something accessible, wherever you are in your journey. Whether you've never opened a birth chart or you've been steeped in astrology for years, there's a layer here you haven't touched yet.
The sky has been reflecting your psychology your whole life.
What becomes possible when you learn to read it?
